Railway junctions

In the industrial area managed by the Consortium there are two railway junctions serving respectively the industrial area Lisert  and the industrial area Schiavetti-Brancolo.

Over the past years, the Consortium has carried out all the railway works inside its industrial areas and the port, completing also the railway junctions at the service of established companies. The first siding connects the railway station of Ronchi Sud with the companies of the industrial area Schiavetti-Brancolo, while the second siding connects the railway station of Monfalcone with the industrial area Lisert and Portorosega.

The particular ring structure and the siding coming from the railway station guarantee easy access to the quays of Portorosega and the forecourts so that the established companies can benefit from complete and integrated transport services.
